This study is designed to explore how effective, how safe and how tolerable different doses of a new drug, called laquinimod, is in patients who have Crohn's Disease. Laquinimod is a new investigational drug that is taken by mouth once daily. It is hoped that laquinimod will be safe, tolerable and effective in reducing the score of a standard scale that is used to assess Crohn's disease activity.
